Appraisal Source, LLC, a growing full-service appraisal practice, has a position available for a Certified General commercial real estate appraiser.

Job Scope: Preparation of narrative commercial appraisal reports.

Job Qualifications: Certified General appraisal license (trainees considered); bachelors degree from 4-year college; education/experience in commercial real estate appraisal; strong communication, math, writing, and analytical skills; proficiency in Word/Excel; ability to meet deadlines.
